Our Team Brendan Clegg MREINZ

Brendan Clegg  MPS, MREINZ

Brendan started in commercial property in Wellington in 1989 and since then has worked in all aspects of commercial sales and leasing. He has a vast knowledge of every commercial office building in Wellington and the retail streets that surround them.

He recently completed a dissertation in the workings of the Wellington office market. This included measuring and monitoring the vacancy rate from 1997 to 2002 as the final component of a Masters of Property Studies degree.
